The rented vehicle should not be used to push, propel or tow another vehicle, trailer or any other thing without the written permission of the owner.
The rented vehicle should not be used for any race or competition
The renter will return the vehicle same to same fuel tank, in case the car is rented without fuel. Missing fuel will be charged to the renter.
Rental does not include park entrance/ permit/ parking fees, in case of self-drive the client will be responsible of any traffic fines that are related to him (speeding, talking on the phone, bad parking, etc....)
In case of damage/ accident/ brokerage of the vehicle, “Trans-Link” will replace the vehicle within 24 hours following due procedure.
In case of self drive the client is responsible for any damage/ accident/ breakdown to the amount of excess. Client must notify traffic police (113) immediately and assist them in report. The client must inform Trans- Link in person about the accident / damage.
In case of any damage caused to engine / suspension by driving in gear for long, the client will be charged for the full damage irrespective of the client payment of insurance. Trans-Link is not responsible for any puncture.
The client must always check the Kilo-meters remaining for engine oil services, if he fails to notify the owner about the service due, the client will be responsible to repair any damages to the engine.
In case the vehicle is returned dirty/ unclean/ or with scratches, the client will be charged extra $10 for car wash/ cleaning/ scrubbing.
Only 4x4 Jeeps are allowed inside parks and on non-tarred roads, sedan cars and mini jeeps are not allowed inside parks and non-tarred roads, any damages/ theft occurred in the park the client will be held fully responsible for repairs
